October 25th snow (10 inches)

PSA from class of 2022.  A talking deer – come-on-man!

Necks are starting to get ‘swole-up’.   Had 2 inches of snow on the ground today – 10/18/2020.

A another very mature whitetail.   And Pat ran into 8 mule bucks in a group.  They will be splitting up in the hills as rut nears.  10/7/2020

Late Sept picks.  A few good ones.  One that is nasty big.  One with a nice drop tine.   Actually a mule deer wondered into the scene to face off with a coon.

A few mid September bucks.  Nothing to big.

2019 dates are set to be Nov 16th through Nov 24th.   This is the 3rd Saturday of November – since the first Saturday is so early, the dates were pushed back 1 week.

Back by popular demand…  Game camera pictures:

Already had 15 degree weather and 2 inches of snow.  One game camera keeps flipping back to the original 2015 date.  Apologies for the date.  As usual we don’t get mule deer on the game cam, they don’t prefer the nice corn.   Pat and Bob have seen good volume of both white tale and mule deer this fall 2019.

The week before the season, and a few more nice bucks.  Posted 11/10.

Two weeks from the season opener and the deer movement has been nicely increasing; both mules and whitetails.   We seen some deer that had not been seen before.

More nice WT deer from 10/26.  Plus a few pheasants and turkeys.

Already excited for the 2019 hunting season.   Can’t wait.  I hope to post some deer in velvet this year.
